Gouda, Groundhog, Guggenheim, Guy at the bar (Excuse Me), Gladly skipping home, Going to Aeon Books to feel a certain feeling...
That is how I started my writing on the 20th, and I didn't make it past groundhog (hardly). Basically saw the groundhog, went to the Guggenheim, a guy at a bar pushed me out of his way, I gladly skipped home after confronting him, and before meeting up with J and S and A on saturday (over a week ago now, since now it is Monday), I stopped by Aeon Books to feel excited about books and their covers. That's the quick recap of what in the moment felt like it could have been a novel in itself.
Today it's Monday. If that list were to grow (in order): Gouda, Groundhog, Guggenheim, Grand Central to see mom, Guacamole, Guy at the bar (Excuse Me), Gladly skipping home, Grabbed chicken sausaged before C's bday, Going to Aeon Books to feel a certain feeling, Going to a party on a roof of a strange guy, Good friend at my apartment when I returned (J), Good morning then a call with L, Going on a walk with K.E., Going to dinner with T and E -- and that only brings us to LAST Monday, one week ago.
The past 7 days have been (not in order) Beach, Basketball, Bottle in the mail (waterbottle), Bye to scrolling, Big on phone calls (D.C., L.S., S.L.T, R.D.O, L.H.), Bowel all clear, Banh mi, Boba, Bit uninvited but stopped by C's apartment, Bushwick diner delivery, Bit unclear on who was in the show but went to a gallery show with C and E, Baffled by credit card usage at Ginger's, Big hug from Ruthie, Boys making friends, Big day at work for me on Saturday!!!, Bought sunscreen finally, Butt cream, Boatload of laundry, Big surprise to see W and S in the Great Hall with Dad and Rach, Bigger surprise to get a text from Riley yesterday and to meet up with him in Manhattan, Big hopes that Grandma will be okay a bit longer, Boredom far from sight with lots of things I want to do!!!!!, and doesn't start with 'B' BUT I loved sitting in the MoMA cafe with Rachel, tea and hot chocolate, writing and drawing... Hooray!
